Google Calendar integration via Zapier

1. Head to Zapier.
 
2. Create an account or log in with your existing account.
 
3. Click the “Make a New Zap” button.
 
 
4. Click the drop down to “Choose a Trigger app…” and then search for the “Google Calendar” app icon.
 
 
 
5. Click the drop down to “Choose a Trigger…” and then select the “Event Start” trigger.
 
 
 
6.  Click the drop down to “Choose a Action app…” and then search for the “webhook” app icon.
 
 
 
7. Click the drop down to “Choose an Action…” and then select the “Post” action.
 
 
 
8. Click “Continue” to move on to the next step.
 
 
 
9. Click the drop down to “Choose a Google Calendar Account” and either choose from a calendar(s) already associated with Zapier or click “Connect a different Google Calendar Account” to add another account to Zapier.
 
 
 
10. Click “Continue” to move on to the next step.
 
 
 
11. Click “Continue” to move on to selecting a Webhook account.
 
 
 
12. Click the drop down to choose desired calendar.
 
 
 
13. Click “Continue” to move on to the next step.
 
14. In a new tab, head to WorkingOn Integration page and scroll down till you see a section titled “WebHook API.” 
 
15. Copy the “POST” URL to your clipboard.
 
 
16. Go back to the Zapier tab.
 
17. Paste POST URL in the “URL” field.
 
 
 
18. Fill out “Data” fields as shown below.
 
 
 
19. Name and turn the Zap on.
 
 
 
20. Revel in your sorcery.
